Spectrum Acquisition Holdings has acquired Western American Mining Company and its "Green Mining" ecologically small footprint Patent Applications and business.

Spectrum Acquisition, through its Western Mining division (WAMCO) is developing "Small footprint" technologies including, Laser Guidance Systems for Diamond Wire Stone Cutting, Apparatus for Digesting Metal Ore with Bacteria and new Green Mining technologies that will minimize the traditionally poisonous and toxic environmental threats poised by the mining industry.
Future of Mining
Spectrum Acquisition Holdings through its subsidiary, Western American Mining has acquired a patent pending for a Biomining Ore Processing Bioreactor Apparatus with Continuous Refractory Ore Bio-Processing. The bioreactor crushes, rolls, mills and mixes while aerating the process of digesting metal ore with bacteria in a controlled system that monitors the oxygen and carbon dioxide.
Green Mining Technologies The bioprocessor monitors the gasification and digestion of metal ore using bacteria in a controlled agitation tank. This technology will increase the production and diminish the waste and harmful chemicals traditionally used in the mining industry. The technology monitors the oxygen and carbon dioxide at every point of the process and provides gasification when and where it is needed.

"We are excited about providing a solution to Biomining in a controlled system. It has been one of the missing links in the evolution of green mining technologies and ore beneficiation processing". Dale Henry - Spectrum CEO
