As a public parent company, Spectrum functions as an acquisition prospecting team for the holding company and administrational catalyst for the subsidiaries we acquire. This is the nucleolus that directs what technology is developed and which acquisitions are made, creates strategic alliances and whose purpose is to increase the revenue of the subsidiaries as well as investor share value.

As of April 2008, Western American Mining Company has been acquired by and is a fully owned subsidiary of Spectrum Acquisition Holdings, Inc. (SPAH).

As a business, Western American Mining Corporation (WAMCO) functions from the perspective of an engineering firm for the parent company Spectrum Acquisition Holdings, Inc. Western American Mining is Spectrum Acquisition’s Mining divisionand is the administrator for Intellectual Property, patent applications and develops and acquires proprietary technology and patents that bring synergies and value potential to Spectrum’s targeted acquisitions including two restart projects in producing gold mines in Pataz, Peru.

As of January 5, 2010 MundiRoyal SAC of Lima, Peru Spectrum signs definitive agreements for two targeted Peruvian Gold Producing Mining operation acquisitions.
