AUSTIN, Texas, Dec 16, 2009 Spectrum Acquisition Holdings, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: SPAH), specializes in mining and mining equipment operations. SPAH's subsidiary, Western American Mining Company, contains four patent-pending invention applications.

Going forward:
The Company focuses on three target profitable mining businesses: gold, silver, and gypsum. The Company is researching synthesized and mechanized mining technologies that can lower pollution rate, improve recycling rate of the mine face, and provide single level production.

Spectrum's continuing business plan is to expand through targeted acquisition of mining companies with strong revenues and high profit margins actively involved in the mining industry, mining equipment, and industry property management.
