Avalon Perspectives is a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of Nevada.
The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Spectrum Acquisitions, Inc.
Avalon Perspectives, LLC (also referred to as "the Company") is a start-up tourist destination and commercial mine located on the south fork of the Salmon River in Siskiyou County, California.
Slated to begin service in August of 2012, the Company will provide visitors with an opportunity to experience gold mining in one of the richest gold producing areas in America along with world-class fly-fishing, eco tours and luxury camping in pristine wilderness untouched since the last Ice Age.
Avalon will also operate a commercial gold mine. Avalon Perspectives holds a lease to the mining rights of the property on which it is located; this lease will allow the Company to mine the land for gold. The Company's location is ideal for commercial mining as the areas around the Salmon River have been, and continue to be, highly productive. Furthermore, research suggests that there are additional gold pockets in this location that have yet to be tapped.

Avalon Perspectives will be located near the south fork of the Salmon River in Siskiyou County, California. This area of California, in the Shasta Cascade region near the Oregon and California border, is a popular recreational activity area and tourist destination. Many tourists come to this part of the state of California because of the region's rich history of gold mining, which goes back as far as the American Gold Rush.
